Orlando V. Gonzalez, MD, FACOG, attended TecSalud School of Medicine and Health Sciences in Monterrey, Mexico, and received his medical degree in 1982. Then, he relocated to the United States, where he served his obstetrics and gynecology residency at St. Vincent’s Medical Center. Furthermore, he conducted his fellowship in gynecological oncology at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. In addition, Dr. Gonzalez received board certification in obstetrics and gynecology from the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. A Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, he remains a member of the American Society for Colposcopy and Cervical Pathology, the American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists, the Medical Society of the State of New York, and the Richmond County Medical Society.
